Key Duties:
- Precisely and efficiently debone beef carcasses or specific cuts (hind quarter, fore quarter).
- Utilize knives and specialized cutting tools with high proficiency.
- Ensure all cuts meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to food safety (HACCP) and hygiene protocols in a cold environment.
- Work as part of a processing team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Experience in meat processing, particularly deboning or butchery.
- Proficiency with knives and specialized cutting tools.
- Strong understanding of anatomical structures of beef.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining quality.
