Responsibilities

-Emisión y/o recepción de chats/tickets para informar al cliente, verificar datos, solicitud de algún dato, etc.-Control y seguimiento de las cuentas y/o solicitudes de los clientes.-Redireccionar las solicitudes del cliente al departamento correspondiente para su gestión.-Cualquier otra función que se considere relevante y necesaria en el área.

Requirements

-Bachiller.-Inglés B1 (Listening, Reading and Writing)-Disponibilidad tiempo completo para horarios rotativos entre las 7:00AM – 10:00PM.-Modalidad presencial.
