Overview
PaxRide is an ambitious early-stage international B2B provider and platform for ground transportation services, working with travel agencies, tour operators, corporations and airlines across the globe.
We are growing fast and seeking a B2B Sales Manager to accelerate expansion and own relationships with key travel industry players.
This is a hands-on, strategic sales role focused on acquiring and growing long-term partnerships with demand-side travel businesses — ranging from OTAs and DMCs to boutique travel agencies and tour operators.
The role requires sales execution and market intelligence to refine our value proposition and unlock new market segments.
Location: Colombia (remote options).
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close high-potential B2B partners (OTAs, DMCs, TMCs, Tour Operators, etc.).
- Drive the full sales cycle with the marketing team: prospecting, discovery, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with operations and tech teams to ensure successful integrations and service launches.
- Support the setup of new sales funnels by region and segment.
- Own and report on KPIs: pipeline value, conversion rates, average deal size, and partner revenue impact.
Required skills
- Hard Skills: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales; strong negotiation skills for SMEs and large enterprises; deep understanding of B2B sales metrics; fluent written and spoken English (C1); self-starter with the ability to prioritize and deliver independently; familiarity with outreach tools (LinkedIn, Apollo.io, etc.); experience participating in trade fairs and industry events is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; strong problem-solving skills; self-motivated with autonomy; startup mindset with ownership and adaptability; willingness to travel several times per year.
