Would you like to be part of a team focused on building adoption of Amazon Web Services with partners and prospective customers?

Do you have the business savvy and the technical acumen necessary to help establish Amazon Web Services as the premier cloud provider?

As an AWS Inside Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a group of cloud technologies.

Your responsibilities will include working with sales teams on larger deals and managing partner opportunities.

The AWS Inside Sales Representative will be chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline for a mix of enterprise and medium sized customer accounts while building relationships with key influence and decision makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to create and present compelling amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

The candidate should possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully manage a high volume of inbound leads as well as experience interacting with partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed response times for all inbound requests.

  • Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists.

  • Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically.

  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS
  • Work with AWS partners to manage joint selling opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • +5 years of technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.

  • +5 years of experience in inside sales.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree required.

  • Knowledgeable in
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
