Job description

Empresa de mensajeria requiere para su equipo de trabajo AUXILIAR DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y SOPORTE .

para ser parte de nuestro equipo de trabajo.

la oficina queda en puente aranda las funciones a realizar son las siguientes:

  1. atender servicio al cliente

  2. recibir intercambios y llevar control de los mismos

  3. generar devoluciones de los paquetes

  4. brindar soporte a mensajeros cuando llegan en bodega y contactar a los proveedores según que novedad tenga el paquete ( solicitar QR, notificar paquetes de no cobertura, sacar paquetes de ruta de los mensajeros)

  5. realizar las novedades que deja servicio al cliente en la noche para que al siguiente dia ya estén resueltas segun quien este en el cargo

  6. atender a los mensajeros y clientes entre otras funciones del cargo
