Auxiliar de Servicio al Cliente / Recepcionista Job Opening In Medellín – Now Hiring MTS Administración Total, S.A.

Objetivo del Cargo: Brindar un servicio oportuno a los usuarios del activo en puntos de contacto (Recepción, eventos, correspondencia, auditorios, salas de reunión, administración) para generar experiencias extraordinarias y fidelizar y retener a los clientes.

Principales Funciones

  • Recibir, orientar y direccionar a los usuarios conforme a los lineamientos definidos por MTS y el activo.

  • Comercializar espacios para eventos (salones, auditorios y terrazas) y asegurar el montaje integral del evento de acuerdo con los requerimientos definidos por el cliente.

  • Recibir, orientar y entregar la correspondencia a los usuarios conforme a los lineamientos definidos por MTS y el activo.

  • Registrar las solicitudes elevadas por el cliente en la herramienta de gestión.

Requisitos

  • Técnico, tecnólogo y/o estudiante de carreras administrativas, hotelería y turismo o afines.

  • Experiencia de 1 año o más en atención al cliente, administración, recepción u hotelería.

  • Manejo de paquete Office (herramientas ofimáticas).

  • Atención al cliente.

  • Deseable que haya tenido experiencia en organización de eventos.
