Descripción del empleo

  • Implementar, mantener y mejorar el sistema de gestión de la compañía; identificar desviaciones del sistema o de los procedimientos para la realización de las actividades; iniciar acciones para prevenir o minimizar tales desviaciones.

  • Asegurar que se cuente con los elementos de trabajo y/o consumibles necesarios para asegurar el normal desarrollo de la operación a su cargo.

  • Registrar los gastos de viaje y/o legalizaciones de todo el personal técnico del sector.

  • Gestionar materiales, insumos, consumibles y alquiler de vehículos asociados a la Operación.

  • Soporte en la preparación y alistamiento de material o de envíos a las diferentes operaciones.

  • Gestión y seguimiento de Requerimientos de compras y de almacén para la operación.

  • Solicitud de cotizaciones al área de compras para logística de las operaciones.

  • Garantizar la entrega veraz, rápida y oportuna de toda información necesaria tanto interna al coordinador y/o supervisor, como la que tenga que suministrar al cliente externo.

  • Informar oportunamente a su jefe inmediato sobre cualquier producto no conforme en su proceso o queja y/o reclamo del cliente.

  • Asegurar su participación en la detección de acciones correctivas, preventivas y planes de mejora.

  • Asegurar la participación en las auditorias tanto internas como externas, programadas por el proyecto.

  • Dar soporte en la logística de las operaciones cuando se requiera.

  • Las demás que le sean asignadas, inherentes a su cargo.

  • Control de entrega y salida de equipos en la bodega de la operación.

  • Seguimiento al control de equipos y activos de la operación.

  • Dar soporte al coordinador de proyecto en actividades administrativas como: elaboración de informes de proveedores y mano de obra, recopilación de información, gestión de envíos, entre otras.

  • Gestionar ante las demás áreas funcionales de la compañía, la información que le solicite el coordinador del proyecto para dar respuesta a requerimientos contractuales y del cliente.

  • Controlar los activos cuya custodia le sea delegada.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Técnico o tecnólogo en carreras administrativas o de ciencias.

  • Experiencia: 6 meses en áreas administrativas y/o logística.

Información adicional

Salario: 1.423.500 + Todo lo de ley.

Contrato: Obra Labor
