Overview

We are hiring! En Fronius España ofrecemos una oportunidad laboral de manera temporal (1 año) para el departamento de Inside Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar y mantener la base de datos de clientes en nuestro sistema ERP (BaaN) y CRM.

  • Preparar cotizaciones de ventas y servicios en nuestro sistema CPQ.

  • Procesar pedidos de ventas / servicios de clientes, incluyendo la coordinación de envíos, confirmación de pedidos y facturación.

  • Gestión de reclamaciones (proceso de pedidos y compras de clientes).

  • Gestión del proceso de compras (compras internas y externas).

  • Punto de contacto para consultas de compras, logística y correspondencia con distribuidores y proveedores.

  • Apoyo al personal de almacén (consultas, seguimiento de mercancías entrantes / salientes).

  • Apoyo al personal de marketing y ventas para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente durante todo el proceso de ventas.

  • Gestión con la empresa de transporte para entradas y salidas (VSPs).

  • Otras tareas y requisitos.

Requisitos

  • Formación en administración (FPII).

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en departamento administrativo.

  • Experiencia con sistemas ERP (BaanN o similar).

  • Alto nivel de competencias informáticas (ERP / CRM, MS Office).

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas.

  • Actitud orientada al cliente.

  • Flexibilidad.

  • Habilidades de comunicación y competencias sociales.

  • Apertura al cambio y al aprendizaje continuo..

  • Idiomas: Castellano (nivel nativo); Inglés B2.
