About Us

RNB Capital LLC is a rapidly growing CPA firm specializing in financial audits and reviews, particularly for startups and regulated industries.

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality audit services while maintaining efficiency, strong client relationships, and a scalable workflow.

We are seeking a Contractor based in Colombia to join our team as an Audit Admin/Coordinator.

This role is a hybrid between administrative support and financial coordination, perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has enough accounting background to confidently handle financial documents and audit workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination & Intake

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new referrals and inquiries.

  • Review client-provided financials at a high level to ensure completeness before passing to audit staff.

  • Prepare proposals/quotes using firm templates.

Engagement Setup & Administration

  • Complete and maintain client acceptance checklists.

  • Create and organize engagement folders in Google Drive.

  • Set up projects in Smart Audit
  • Ensure engagement letters, invoices, and supporting documentation are properly filed (electronically).

Audit Workflow Support

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and checklists are followed.

  • Coordinate missing information requests with clients.

  • Track delivery of draft reports and ensure management representation letters are prepared from templates.

Finalization & Closure

  • Confirm final invoices are sent and payments received before releasing reports.

  • Coordinate delivery of final signed reports to clients.

  • Update Smart Audit and project trackers to mark engagements as closed.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Técnico Laboral (Technical Training) minimum- in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or audit support role.

  • Prior experience in a CPA firm or professional services firm is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial statements (balance sheet and income statement).

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication (English).

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

  • Experience with audit/accounting software is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.

  • Proactive communicator who knows when to escalate issues.

  • Able to balance administrative precision with financial literacy.

Compensation & Structure

  • Contractor Position (not an employee role).

  • Competitive monthly rate: $1,050 – $1,400 USD (COP equivalent= 4.5MCOP - 6M COP), depending on experience.

  • Paid weekly, via direct deposit to your bank account
  • Working hours during 9am - 6pm EST
