Job description

Buscamos personas con experiencia en atención al cliente digital para unirse a nuestro equipo de soporte.

El rol consiste en brindar acompañamiento técnico y emocional a prospectos y estudiantes, resolviendo dudas, gestionando solicitudes y apoyando durante lanzamientos y procesos de venta.



Perfil requerido:



Formación: Bachillerato o técnico en áreas administrativas, comunicación o soporte.

Cursos en atención digital (deseable).



Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en atención al cliente, soporte técnico o plataformas educativas.

Manejo de canales como WhatsApp, email y redes sociales.



Habilidades: Uso de CRM (HubSpot, Zendesk, ActiveCampaign), plataformas educativas (Hotmart, Kajabi, Moodle), automatización (ManyChat, WhatsApp Business) y medios de pago digitales (PayPal, Stripe, Mercado Pago).



Competencias: Resolución rápida, empatía, organización y trabajo en equipo.



Responsabilidades:

Atención a usuarios vía WhatsApp, Telegram, redes y correo.

Soporte técnico en plataformas educativas.

Gestión y dinamización de comunidades.

Apoyo a ventas: seguimiento a prospectos, resolución de dudas y calificación de leads.



Condiciones:

Contrato por prestación de servicios.

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 5:30 p.m. + dos noches a la semana de 6:30 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. (reemplazo del sábado).

Salario: $2.500.000 COP.
