As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries.
Your mission is to create and maintain a vibrant community within your center, handling all administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business.
You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and check that the cleaners haven’t missed anything.
Throughout the morning, customers arrive with varied requests: a Wi‑Fi code change, a missing package— you help them find the right meeting room, set up a projector, or direct them to coffee.
You also verify that all services are properly charged, ensuring accurate invoicing.
Take a quick coffee break, unwind, and then continue assisting with mail, printing, and ticketing issues.
In the afternoon, you support customers with invoicing, printing, and service requests—like opening a ticket for a too‑hot office room.
You plan and create e‑invites for networking events, print posters for notice boards, and share the benefits of IWG with prospective members.
As the day winds down, you help groups wrap up meetings and recommend nearby restaurants.
Finally, you ensure the center is tidy before heading home.
