Role Overview
The Associate Solution Architect will support the design, implementation, and deployment of Coupa’s Supplier Risk and Performance Management solutions, ensuring customer success and driving efficiencies.
You will collaborate closely with Coupa Customers, Partners, internal Product Management, and external implementation partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation design with customers and serve as subject matter expert for external partners.
- Advise customers on Coupa best practices, leveraging industry knowledge for functional design excellence.
- Lead and support customer design workshops, guiding them through the implementation journey.
- Conduct design reviews and collaborate with Product Management on strategic product direction.
- Serve as SME for Coupa’s Supplier Management Suite, including Supplier Information Management, Risk Aware, and Coupa Risk Assess.
- Manage client interactions, including travel as required (up to 50% of time).
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Supplier Management, Third‑Party Risk Management, or a related field within procurement or supply chain.
- Strong client‑management skills and ability to execute rapid, successful go‑live plans.
- Prior consulting experience with Coupa Risk Assess or a comparable solution.
- Experience with Aravo, Archer, Process Unity, OneSource, or other widely used 3‑party risk management applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel locally and abroad as needed.
