As an Associate in the Client Service Team, you will act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts.
Your role is to partner with our clients to understand their knowledge gaps and identify experts with the most relevant experience and knowledge that can address them.
You may connect clients with experts across industries and regions, for example assisting a private equity firm with sub-Saharan African telecommunications insights or helping a strategy consultancy with solar energy growth outlooks in the Middle East.
You will think critically and conduct high-level research into industries and companies, identifying the best experts with the most relevant knowledge.
You will reach out to potential experts via phone and email to assess fit before connecting them with clients.
Working on multiple client projects, you will develop core skills in sales, time management & prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.
