About the role

As an Associate in the Client Service Team, you will act as a knowledge broker between clients and industry experts.

You will partner with clients to understand knowledge gaps and identify experts with the most relevant experience to address their needs.

You might connect a private equity firm with experts on sub-Saharan African telecommunications or support a strategy consultancy exploring solar energy growth in the Middle East.

You will think critically, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, and identify the best experts.

You will reach out to potential experts via phone and email to assess their suitability before connecting them with clients.

You will work on multiple client projects, developing core skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Review client project briefs to understand knowledge gaps and conduct high-level research to identify relevant experts
  • Outreach to experts via phone, LinkedIn, and email
  • Screen experts for suitability and relevance to client needs

Candidate requirements

  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities with demonstrated leadership
  • Strong interest in the business world
  • Growth mindset with resilience to setbacks
  • Client-service mentality and commitment to going beyond expectations
