The Role

As an Associate in the Client Service Team, you will act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts.

You will partner with clients to understand knowledge gaps, identify experts with relevant experience, and connect them with clients.

You will conduct high-level research on industries and companies, screen experts for suitability, and manage communications with potential experts.

You will work on multiple client projects, developing skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client project briefs to understand knowledge gaps and conduct high-level industry and company research to identify relevant experts
  • Reach out to experts via phone, LinkedIn, and email to assess suitability
  • Screen experts for relevance and quality to address client needs

Team Context

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
  • Strong interest in business and a development mindset to view challenges as growth opportunities
  • Client service mentality with commitment to going beyond expectations
