JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Administrative Assistant at Lean Solutions Group plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Operations Team.
This position provides critical support by managing communication between internal and external stakeholders, overseeing client escalations, and maintaining continuity in operations when leadership is unavailable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide regular reports to the VP of Operations regarding client escalations, meeting schedules, and key operational updates.
- Act as the accountable person for operations when the Operations Manager is not available, ensuring business continuity and issue resolution.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment in daily operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between Operations and Upper Management, facilitating information flow, performance updates, and action plans.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Technical, Technologist, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, client‑facing positions, or internal stakeholder management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
