Join our team.**Your role at Clorox:**The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) will support The Brand Manager in the development and execution of brand and category plans across the CCAM cluster.
This role includes business analysis and diagnosis, tracking key fundamentals, coordinating brand and innovation projects with multifunctional teams, supporting A&SP budget management, and contributing to planning and forecasting processes.
CCAM Cluster = Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico and CC**In this role, you will:*** Analyze and identify key business drivers and category insights across CCAM geographies.* Support the development, execution, and tracking of demand creation plans aligned with brand strategies, partnering closely with regional Studios and CCAM multifunctional teams.* Assist in implementing regional innovation and PPA initiatives and support local initiative development to ensure on-time launches and flawless execution.* Support A&SP budget management, ensuring quarterly and annual investment targets are met, and timely delivery of accruals, reversals, and invoices to Finance.* Actively participate in key business planning processes throughout the fiscal year (S&OP, Quarterly Updates, Budget, LRP).#LI-HYBRID**What we look for:*** 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales (FMCG preferred).* Ideally 1+ year of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or in brand management.* Strong critical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills.* Ability to collaborate, influence, and work with multifunctional teams.* Excellent verbal and written communication.* Proactive, adaptable, and results oriented.* Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.* Understanding of the CCAM Region (Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico and CC) proven experience at least in one of the countries of the cluster.* Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing or equivalent experience.* **Fluent English & Spanish (required).****Workplace type:**Hybrid**Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
