About Us:
We are a fast-growing, well-established mid-sized real estate company.
We are expanding our team and seeking a
remote Assistant Account Manager
to support our Tenant-Relations Manager with day-to-day operations.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll handle collections and customer service functions related to tenant ledger accounts.
You'll work directly with tenants, analyze accounts, and ensure accurate documentation of results while collaborating with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze tenant ledgers and account balances
Communicate with tenants regarding accounts and arrears
Maintain accurate written records of performance and outcomes
Share key information with internal departments
Provide exceptional customer service while remaining professional, efficient, and firm when needed.
What We're Looking For:
-2+ years of experience handling B2B or customers in a professional environment (real estate, finance, banking, property management, utilities, insurance, call centers with account management).

Strong communication skills with the ability to balance empathy and firmness

Fully fluent in
English and Spanish
(spoken & written)
-Strong math, computation, and analysis abilities
-Skilled in Microsoft Word & Excel
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
Accounting / Administrative Support

- Comfortable reviewing ledgers, reconciling payments, and spotting discrepancies.
Work Schedule:
Part-time (4–5 hours/day, Monday to Friday)
