Job description

Brindar apoyo en el soporte oportuno y permanente en el área de sistemas de las diferentes dependencias de la Entidad, garantizando un adecuado mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo en cada una de las unidades de cómputo.

● Realizar configuración los servidores de la Organización manteniendo un funcionamiento oportuno y adecuado

● Garantizar el buen uso de los formatos del proceso de tecnologías de la información, políticas, instructivo y demás a los que haya lugar.

● Realizar cotizaciones de arreglos compras y mantenimientos asociados al Departamento de Tecnologías de la información cumpliendo con el procedimiento de compras en lo pertinente

● Atender oportunamente el soporte a los diferentes usuarios de la entidad, referente al área de Tecnologías de la información, garantizando la solución a cada uno de los problemas informáticos presentados.

● Atender el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las unidades de cómputo de las diferentes sedes.

● Realizar la configuración del hardware a las unidades periféricas.

● Realizar revisión documental en coordinación y bajo las instrucciones de sus superiores.

● Brindar apoyo al coordinador de TI en la Administración de licenciamiento de software asignado a la Organización; adicionalmente a la instalación de las mismas.

● Realizar las configuraciones para la restricción de instalación de programas no autorizados por la entidad a equipos de cómputo.

● Mantener informado de manera clara y oportuna al coordinador de TI de las anomalías o sucesos que se puedan presentar con temas referentes al área de Tecnologías de la información.

● Garantizar el acceso al servidor de archivos de la Organización a los equipos que así lo requieran, en el ejercicio de las labores desarrolladas, previa autorización recibida.

● Realizar análisis de los procesos realizados en los equipos de cómputo por los usuarios en las diferentes plataformas a las que tiene acceso, por medio de software que realiza el seguimiento.

Ej. Informe de uso e internet mensual emitido por complex, módulo de auditorías de Helisa, Q10, Etc.

● Atender el soporte de aplicativos de la Organización.

(Helisa, Siges, Q10, Wdcap, etc.)

● Apoyar en la gestión de Firewall y cuentas de correo electrónico.

(Migración, creación, eliminación, suspensión, entre otros.)
