Responsibilities
Responsabilidades genéricas

  • Asegurar la adherencia con las políticas, herramientas, manuales y directrices de NRC.

  • Apoyar con la implementación del portafolio de funciones de soporte de acuerdo con
  • el plan de acción
  • Preparar y desarrollar reportes de estado requeridos por la gerencia
  • Asegurar el archivo adecuado de los documentos
  • Promover y compartir ideas para fortalecer las funciones de apoyo
  • Asegurar el adecuado diligenciamiento de documentos.

Qualifications
Responsabilidades específicas

  • Elaborar toda la documentación necesaria durante los procesos de preselección y selección, según los lineamientos y manuales de NRC.

  • Elaborar los documentos contractuales del personal que ingresa a La Organización.

  • Ingresar y actualizar información del personal en los sistemas NRC People, Novasoft y/o Bases de datos.

  • Gestionar con el proveedor externo los exámenes médicos de ingreso, periódico y de salida y todos aquellos requeridos para el desarrollo de la labor dentro del área.

  • Solicitar o procesar la emisión del Carné institucional para el nuevo personal y en caso de pérdida.

  • Hacer el mantenimiento de los registros del personal como los cambios de información base de datos del personal.

  • Realizar afiliaciones de personal (seguridad social, ARL, caja de compensación, fondos de pensiones y cesantías y otras que se requieran), así como los traslados solicitados por el personal.

  • Elaboración de certificaciones laborales y solicitudes para retiro de cesantías parciales de acuerdo con lo establecido por ley y debidamente aprobado.

  • Realizar el proceso operativo de retiro de empleados según indicaciones, lineamientos y manuales de RRHH en NRC (cartas de preaviso, examen médico de retiro, actas de finalización de contrato, solicitudes de paz y salvos, entrevistas de retiro, etc.).

  • Verificación y solicitud de los formatos de inducción y pruebas de vida PoL (Proof of Life) para los archivos del personal.

  • Asegurar la gestión documental del personal, administrando el archivo físico y digital en Microsoft Office365.

  • Realizar seguimiento a la implementación y desarrollo del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

  • Seguimiento y reporte a la documentación del Ciclo de Gestión del Desempeño para G1.

  • Reporte de las Novedades de Nomina de la Oficina País y contribución en el cargue del sistema nómina
  • Gestionar y monitorear el cobro de las incapacidades, licencias de maternidad y paternidad, y de la información emitida por las entidades de seguridad social en temas como multi-afiliaciones, deudas presuntas y otras que se presenten.

  • Realizar las actividades establecidas en el plan de bienestar.

  • Suministrar la documentación para los procesos de auditoría interna y externa.

  • Preparar documentos relacionados con otrosí, actas de encargo, notificaciones previamente aprobadas.

  • Solicitar la asignación de exámenes médicos de egreso del personal.

  • Las demás tareas asignadas por el supervisor inmediato en el cumplimiento de los objetivos del cargo
