Asistente Técnico

Job description

Es responsable de asesorar y acompañar técnicamente los productos y procesos de nuestro cliente con el objeto de asegurar la calidad de nuestros productos en planta, generar mejores productividades y usos de acuerdo a las políticas y estrategias del negocio.

Lugar de trabajo: Cota, Cundinamarca, Colombia.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Preparar y mezclar los productos de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas.
  
  
• Suministrar productos a la línea de producción del cliente en las cantidades y en los tiempos requeridos del proceso.
  
  
• Establecer planes de entrenamiento periódicos, interactivos y dinámicos a clientes que nos permita compartir conocimientos y experiencias, con el fin de mejorar los procesos productivos al interior del cliente.
  
  
• Monitorear el desempeño de los recubrimientos.
  
  
• Garantizar las condiciones óptimas del proceso y de los productos.
  
  
• Identificar las oportunidades técnicas del producto con el fin de suministrar los elementos de entrada al departamento técnico y así garantizar el desarrollo adecuado de los productos.
  
  
• Evaluar las propiedades técnicas de los nuevos productos y procesos y validar su funcionalidad y competitividad para garantizar lanzamientos seguros y la satisfacción de los clientes.
  
  
• Realizar análisis técnico a los procesos de reclamaciones de calidad por parte de los clientes internos y externos, para garantizar su conformidad y una correcta respuesta.
  
  
• Generar informes periódicos de seguimiento a consumos y desempeño en general del cliente para proponer mejoras y participar en las actividades que el cliente genere para dar seguimiento.
  
  
• Identificar las oportunidades de mejora para nuestros recubrimientos, tanto en la aplicación como en su desempeño.
  
  

Requisitos:

• Cumplir turnos rotativos (3 turnos diferentes)
• Bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo en áreas de pintura, química, industrial, administrativa o de proceso.
  
  
• Experiencia deseable de en proceso productivo con pinturas y afines.
  
  
• Habilidades de comunicación, empatía, buen trabajo en equipo y orden.
