Descripción del empleo y responsabilidades principales

  • Prestar apoyo en los procesos de Recursos Humanos.

  • Atender solicitudes del cliente interno.

  • Garantizar la correcta entrada de datos en los sistemas de información.

  • Asesorar y capacitar a jefaturas y supervisores.

  • Resguardar la confidencialidad de la información.

  • Mantener actualizada y respaldada la documentación del área, en formato físico y digital.

  • Cumplir con los plazos establecidos por SGS y la legislación vigente.

  • Mantener actualizadas las planillas de control.

  • Apoyar en la implementación y documentación de procesos de los Sistemas de Recursos Humanos.

Responsabilidades específicas

  • Verificar la correcta entrega de documentos para contratación.

  • Emitir contratos y anexos, asegurando la firma del colaborador.

  • Garantizar la firma de políticas internas y el código de integridad.

  • Archivar y digitalizar documentos de los colaboradores.

Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Tecnólogo o estudiante en últimos semestres de administración, psicología o afines.

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en roles similares.

  • Conocimientos técnicos: Microsoft Office intermedio, herramientas de internet, conocimientos en recursos humanos y regulación contractual (preferible).

  • Idiomas: No aplica.

Información adicional

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes.

  • Modalidad: Presencial inicialmente, con opción a modalidad híbrida posteriormente.

  • Salario: 2.200.000 COP.

  • Contrato: Obra o labor por 6 meses, con opción a indefinido según desempeño.
