Job description

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Asistente en Administración de Propiedad Horizontal para apoyar la gestión administrativa, financiera y operativa de nuestra copropiedad.

Buscamos una persona organizada, con habilidades en servicio al cliente y manejo de documentación, que contribuya a garantizar una administración eficiente y cercana a los residentes

Técnico o tecnólogo en administración, contabilidad, gestión empresarial o afines.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cargos administrativos (preferible en propiedad horizontal).

Manejo herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel, correo electrónico).

Manejo de software contable Sisco

Buen nivel de redacción, organización y atención al detalle.

Funciones principales

Apoyo directo al administrador en la ejecución de labores administrativas.

Atención a copropietarios, residentes, proveedores y visitantes.

Manejo de correspondencia, PQRS y archivo documental.

Elaboración de reportes, actas y comunicaciones.

Seguimiento a contratos de servicios de aseo, seguridad y mantenimiento.

Control básico de cartera y apoyo en gestiones financieras.

Cumplimiento de la Ley 675 de 2001 y normatividad aplicable.
