ASISTENTE DE VENTAS BILINGÜE | SECTOR SALUD - CIRUGIA ESTETICA
Compañía líder del sector busca un/a Asistente de Ventas Bilingüe responsable de garantizar una atención cercana, oportuna y profesional a pacientes potenciales.
El rol se centra en gestionar integralmente la comunicación, elaboración de cotizaciones y seguimiento de servicios hasta la concreción de la venta, fortaleciendo la experiencia del paciente y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de las metas estratégicas del área comercial.
Requisitos
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en áreas administrativas, comerciales o afines.
Conocimientos en Microsoft Office, Excel y CRM (HubSpot).
Inglés nivel C1 (excluyente).
Cursos complementarios en servicio al cliente, ventas o comunicación serán valorados.
EXPERIENCIA & CONOCIMIENTOS
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en atención y ventas, preferiblemente en sector salud, servicios o seguros.
Manejo de cotizaciones y seguimiento de procesos comerciales.
Experiencia en comunicación digital y telefónica con clientes.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
Gestionar integralmente la atención de pacientes potenciales en español e inglés.
Elaborar cotizaciones y dar seguimiento oportuno para garantizar la conversión de ventas.
Mantener actualizada la información en el CRM (HubSpot).
Respaldar a la Líder Comercial en tareas de coordinación y seguimiento.
Asegurar la satisfacción del paciente en todas las etapas del proceso comercial.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
Atender solicitudes de pacientes por correo, WhatsApp o teléfono.
Explicar y asesorar sobre servicios de manera clara y confiable.
Elaborar cotizaciones en Excel, CRM o correo.
Realizar seguimiento a cotizaciones, abonos y cirugías.
Apoyar el agendamiento, revisión de exámenes y documentación preoperatoria.
Reemplazar a la Líder Comercial cuando sea necesario.
