Job description

Las funciones de un asistente de ventas son diversas e incluye la atención y asesoramiento a clientes, el procesamiento de ventas y pagos, y el apoyo en tareas administrativas y comerciales como el registro de datos, la elaboración de cotizaciones y el seguimiento de oportunidades de negocio.

Atención y servicio al cliente:

  • Asesorar:
    Recibir a los clientes, resolver sus dudas y ofrecer información detallada sobre productos, precios, garantías y condiciones de venta.

  • Resolver problemas:
    Atender quejas o problemas de los clientes y buscar soluciones.

Procesamiento de ventas :

  • Elaboración de cotizaciones:
    Preparar cotizaciones y negociar condiciones como plazos de pago o fechas de entrega.

  • Procesar ventas:
    Realizar el proceso de cobro, emitir facturas o recibos, y dar el cambio correspondiente.

  • Gestión de pagos:
    Recibir y verificar los pagos de los clientes.

Apoyo administrativo y comercial :

  • Registro y seguimiento:
    Registrar información de ventas y clientes en el sistema de la empresa (CRM) y dar seguimiento a las actividades comerciales.

  • Comunicación:
    Atender llamadas telefónicas y responder correos electrónicos.

  • Apoyo en campañas:
