Asistente de Front Desk – Soporte Operativo (CSR)

Ubicación: Presencial – Medellín, Colombia

Horario: Turnos fijos de 6 a 8 horas, de lunes a domingo con un día de descanso (sábado o domingo)

Modalidad de contrato: Por horas (mínimo 6 horas diarias)

Descripción del cargo

Buscamos un(a) Asistente de Front Desk – Soporte Operativo (CSR) comprometido(a), responsable y orientado(a) al detalle para integrarse al equipo de atención al cliente de una empresa estadounidense líder en telecomunicaciones internacionales.

El cargo combina atención al cliente con soporte operativo en plataformas digitales, siendo un punto clave de conexión entre los clientes, los procesos técnicos y los equipos internos.

Responsabilidades

  • Atender llamadas y correos de clientes en español e inglés con empatía, claridad y profesionalismo.

  • Realizar recargas internacionales y verificar historiales de transacciones.

  • Crear, documentar y dar seguimiento a tickets de soporte.

  • Identificar y resolver errores operativos, asegurando la correcta gestión de los casos.

  • Coordinar con equipos internos (soporte técnico, operaciones y otros) para garantizar una resolución oportuna y efectiva.

  • Cumplir con los protocolos de documentación, tiempos de respuesta y estándares de calidad establecidos.

  • Colaborar con clientes hispanohablantes o equipos internacionales (Vietnam/Filipinas) según el mercado asignado.

Requisitos

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio o superior (mínimo B1/B2), tanto conversacional como escrito.

  • Experiencia mínima de seis meses en servicio al cliente, soporte técnico o asistencia operativa.

  • Manejo de plataformas digitales, CRM o sistemas de tickets (deseable).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

  • Capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle y disposición para aprender procesos técnicos.
