Buscamos un(a) Asistente de Front Desk – Soporte Operativo CSR comprometido(a) y orientado(a) al detalle para formar parte del equipo de atención al cliente de una empresa estadounidense pionera en telecomunicaciones internacionales.
El rol combina atención al cliente con gestión operativa en plataformas digitales, siendo un punto clave de conexión entre el cliente, los procesos técnicos y los equipos internos.
Responsabilidades:
*Atender llamadas y correos de clientes en español e inglés con actitud empática y profesional.
*Realizar recargas internacionales.
*Crear y dar seguimiento a tickets.
*Verificar historial de transacciones, solucionar errores y brindar seguimiento a casos activos.
*Comunicarte con equipos internos (soporte técnico, otras áreas) para garantizar la resolución efectiva de solicitudes.
*Cumplir con protocolos de documentación, tiempos de respuesta y calidad en el servicio.
*Coordinar con clientes de habla hispana o con el equipo vietnamita/filipino según el mercado asignado.
Ubicación: Presencial – Medellín, Colombia
Horario: Turnos fijos de 6 a 8 horas, de lunes a domingo con un día de descanso ya sea sábado o domingo.
Modalidad de contrato: Por horas (mínimo 6 horas diarias)
Requisitos:
*Nivel de inglés intermedio o superior (mínimo B1/B2) – conversación y escritura.
*Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente, soporte técnico o asistencia operativa (mínimo 6 meses).
*Conocimiento en manejo de plataformas digitales, CRM o sistemas de tickets (deseable).
*Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
*Atención al detalle, responsabilidad y disposición para aprender procesos técnicos.
