- Cargo de Asistente Comercial y Administrativo.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

*Entrenamiento de alto rendimiento: Será expuesto a un programa intensivo que potenciará su capacidad de resolución de problemas y le permitirá adquirir una experiencia invaluable.

*Mentoría de primer nivel: Trabajará directamente con nuestro director Comercial, un experto con más de 20 años de experiencia y un historial de excelencia en diversas compañías.

*Salario competitivo: Recibirá una remuneración mensual de $1.700.000, con posibilidades de crecimiento basadas en su productividad y desempeño.

*Horario de trabajo: lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm, sábados según programación se trabajan 44 horas semana.

*Contrato a Termino Indefinido con todas las prestaciones de ley.

Requisitos:

*Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.

*Disponibilidad para trabajar en el horario establecido.

*Actitud proactiva y deseos de aprender y crecer rápidamente.

*Excelente manejo del paquete Office.

*Edad :20 a 28 años.

*Excelente presentación personal y fluidez verbal.

Gestion a Desarrollar:

*Llamar y contactar a clientes potenciales, gestionar agenda comercial y académica ,enviar propuestas comerciales vía mail, hacer seguimiento telefónico ,gestionar pedidos a bodega y documentar la gestión de su área.

*Manejar la agenda y actualizar fechas en el cronograma de capacitación.

*Crear enlaces zoom ,meet ,etc.

*Coordinar las actividades y receptar las solicitudes de capacitaciones y asesorías de distribuidores y equipo de ventas.

*Elaboración base de datos.

*Solicitud y confirmación de citas para presentación de propuestas y productos.

*Envío invitaciones a eventos programados.

*Elaboración propuestas y programas de acompañamiento.
