Job description

Descripción del empleo

· Elaboración de propuestas comerciales de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos por cada área.

· Responsable del telemercadeo de los servicios de SGS.

· Llevar registro de las bases de datos de clientes.

· Mantenimiento de archivo de ofertas.

· Administrar el área comercial (tiempo, supervisión de agendas, administración de informes comerciales, preparación de reuniones, etc.).

· Brindar soporte en el seguimiento a los clientes tales como recibir y dar la bienvenida al nuevo cliente, agendamiento de citas comerciales de seguimiento, envío de información específica, documentación de clientes, etc.

· Asegurar junto al equipo de ventas el cumplimiento del presupuesto.

· Organizar las bases de datos de prospectos

· Atención de llamadas inbound y outbound.

· Y las demás asignadas inherentes a su cargo

Requisitos

Educación: Tecnólogo, Estudiante de últimos semestres de Administración, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o afines al sector.

Experiencia: 1 año en cargos relacionados con el mercadeo, ventas, administración o actividades afines al sector.

Conocimientos Técnicos: Manejo de Office; con conocimiento de análisis de datos.

Y formación en normatividad aplicable al sector.

Nota 1: En cuanto a los conocimientos técnicos, si no cumple con la totalidad de los mismos, la compañía velará por el cumplimiento y seguimiento a través de la inclusión en el programa de entrenamiento / capacitación.

Idiomas: inglés básico, pero no indispensable
