Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos en búsqueda de un profesional para el área de Auxiliar Cartera.

Este rol es clave para asegurar la correcta gestión de las cuentas por cobrar y fortalecer las relaciones con nuestros clientes.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de realizar seguimiento a las cuentas, gestionar cobros y brindar soporte al equipo financiero.

Responsabilidades Principales


  • Coordinar y realizar seguimiento a las cuentas por cobrar de manera oportuna y eficiente.

  • Contactar a clientes para realizar gestiones de cobro y resolución de discrepancias en las cuentas.

  • Registrar movimientos de créditos y pagos en el sistema interno de la empresa.

  • Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las cuentas y rendimiento del departamento.

  • Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo financiero para optimizar procesos de cobro y mejorar la eficiencia del flujo de caja.

  • Atender consultas de clientes sobre sus cuentas y brindar orientación en temas relacionados con saldos y condiciones de pago.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos de gestión de cartera.

Requisitos del Puesto


  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en gestión de cartera o cuentas por cobrar.

  • Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación para interactuar efectivamente con clientes y equipo interno.

  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y trabajar en un entorno dinámico.

  • Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión contable y software de ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

  • Atención meticulosa al detalle y habilidades analíticas para identificar y resolver problemas.
