Job description

Se requiere Asistente Administrativo de Eventos Logísticos en BOGOTÁ con formación técnica o tecnológica en áreas administrativas, logísticas o afines, y mínimo un año de experiencia en apoyo a la planeación, coordinación y ejecución de eventos corporativos.

La persona será responsable de gestionar proveedores, elaborar cronogramas y presupuestos, realizar seguimiento administrativo y manejo de inventarios, así como consolidar informes en Excel (nivel intermedio o avanzado).

Se busca una persona organizada, proactiva, con excelentes habilidades comunicativas, orientación al servicio y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
