El Asistente Administrativo en el área de Administración juega un papel clave en el funcionamiento eficiente de las actividades administrativas de la organización.

Este rol requiere habilidades administrativas sólidas, capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y un enfoque meticuloso para garantizar el cumplimiento de las operaciones diarias.

Responsabilidades Generales

  1. Brindar soporte administrativo integral al equipo de administración.

  2. Organizar y mantener archivos digitales de manera ordenada y accesible, garantizando la integridad y confidencialidad de la información.

  3. Asistir en la preparación y revisión de documentos administrativos, como informes, estados de pago y formularios, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento de procedimientos.

  4. Colaborar en proyectos especiales y apoyar en tareas administrativas relacionadas.

  5. Servir como punto de contacto para consultas internas relacionadas con asuntos administrativos, brindando un servicio oportuno y de calidad.

Responsabilidades Específicas

  1. Administrar y controlar contratos y anexos respectivos.

  2. Gestionar, registrar, controlar y distribuir gastos, así como administrar pagos para servicios básicos y gastos comunes de las propiedades (aprox 70).

  3. Gestionar, registrar, controlar y distribuir gastos, administrar pagos para contratos de arriendo de las propiedades (aprox 70).

  4. Gestionar, registrar, controlar y distribuir gastos y pagos para patentes comerciales de la compañía (dos veces al año).

  5. Gestionar, registrar, controlar y distribuir gastos y pagos para contribuciones de las propiedades.

  6. Generar órdenes de compra en ERP Oracle.

  7. Controlar portales y páginas web de proveedores para asegurar el correcto desarrollo de las actividades.

  8. Administrar información para reportes de sustentabilidad semestral y anual.

  9. Administrar información para reportes de K-Shuttle relacionados con real estate.

  10. Mantener bases de datos actualizadas de propiedades, contratos de arriendo y reajustes.

  11. Participar en procesos de cierre de mes, provisiones, distribuciones y revisiones de gastos.

Requisitos

  1. Título de educación superior, tecnólogo o universitario; preferiblemente en Administración o Contabilidad.

  2. Conocimiento en temas relacionados con propiedades, patentes comerciales, contribuciones y servicios asociados.

  3. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones administrativas contables, con conocimientos en gastos, estados financieros, partida doble y provisiones.

  4. Conocimiento avanzado en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel intermedio, PowerPoint) y sistemas de gestión de correo electrónico.

Información adicional

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes, con flexibilidad horaria para Chile.

  • Modalidad: Presencial en los primeros meses, luego modalidad híbrida.

  • Salario: 2.900.000 COP.

  • Contrato: Obra o labor por 6 meses inicialmente, con posibilidad de indefinido según desempeño.
