Asistente administrativa y de compras Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring OMM COLOMBIA SAS


Job description

Estamos buscando Asistente Administrativo/a y de Compras para importante empresa ubicada en Bogotá, con atención al detalle para apoyar la gestión administrativa general de la empresa y asegurar la eficiencia en el proceso de adquisición de bienes y servicios.

Funciones:

Recepción y manejo de facturas de proveedores, desde su ingreso en el sistema hasta su radicación, incluyendo proveedores de materias primas.

-Definición de materiales a pedir según pedidos u ordenes de producción

-Generación de ordenes de compra y de servicio en sistema de acuerdo a los procesos de producción y seguimiento de entrega de las mismas

-Desarrollo, selección y evaluación de nuevos proveedores y materiales según conveniencia, precio, servicio y calidad

-Creación y seguimiento de pedidos y ordenes de producción en sistema

-Control y administración de inventarios

-Manejo y administración de caja menor

-Costeo de productos

-Revisar requerimientos y las existencias y definir especificaciones de calidad y cantidad de los bienes y servicios para compra, los costos, fechas de entrega y demás condiciones contractuales.

Horario: Lunes a viernes 44 horas

Salario: $ 2.000.000 a 2.500.000 según experiencia y perfil.
