Empresa líder en el sector de ventas y servicios busca incorporar nuevos talentos en su equipo de Asesores Soporte técnico para nuestro Call Center.

Funciones Principales Del Puesto

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a clientes a través de llamadas entrantes.

  • Identificar oportunidades de mejoras y proponer soluciones para elevar la eficiencia del soporte técnico.

  • Garantizar una excelente experiencia de atención al cliente a través de un trato amable y respetuoso.

  • Trabajar en equipo para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.

Requisitos Del Puesto

  • Experiencia de 4 meses como asesor de Soporte técnico Call Center.

  • Conocimiento en E-commerce, en HTTP-SFTP-API y lenguajes de programación.

  • Estudios técnicos, tecnólogos, ing en SISTEMAS mayor a 2 semestre.

  • Habilidades comunicativas.

  • Orientación al logro de objetivos y resultados.

  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad a diferentes situaciones.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes (Festivos), cumpliendo una jornada laboral de 42 horas semanales.

  • Horarios de Lunes a Viernes (Festivos) Madrugada
  • Salario básico de $ Aux Transporte $ comisiones promedio $ prestacionales.

  • Contrato con todas las prestaciones de ley (EPS,ARL, FONDO DE PENSION, Y CAJA COMPENSACIÓN FAMILIAR)
  • Periodicidad de pago mensual.

  • Contrato obra labor
