Lo Que Ofrecemos

  • Salario básico de $1.423.500 + Aux Transporte de $200.000
  • Incentivos por indicadores promedio de $350.000 prestacionales
  • Comisiones por venta cruzada hasta $900.000
  • Horarios de Lunes a Sábados (2 domingos o festivos rotativos al mes)
  • Si estás estudiando , te ayudamos a organizar tus horarios para que puedas trabajar con nosotros sin interferir con tus estudios.

  • Contrato obra labor con todas las prestaciones de ley (EPS, ARL, Fondo de Pensión, Caja de Compensación Familiar)
  • Periodicidad de pago mensual
  • Contrato obra labor (NO se firma contrato hora conexión)

Lo Que Vas a Hacer

  • Atenderás las llamadas de los clientes de manera cortés y profesional
  • Resolverás las consultas y preocupaciones de los clientes de manera rápida y eficiente
  • Proporcionarás información y asesoramiento sobre los productos y servicios de la empresa
  • Mantendrás registros precisos de las conversaciones y transacciones con los clientes

Lo Que Necesitas Tener

  • Bachilleres con 6 meses de experiencia como asesor de atención al cliente en entidades financieras
  • Técnicos o Tecnólogos culminados o estudiantes de carreras Administrativas o afines con certificado de 4to semestre
  • Habilidades comunicativas y persuasivas , con capacidad para generar interés en los clientes
  • Orientación al logro de objetivos y resultados
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptabilidad a diferentes situaciones
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Sábados (Festivos), cumpliendo una jornada de 44 horas semanales
