Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor in a leading company.
This role is with Intelcia, a multinational Call Center, seeking proactive and dynamic individuals who can provide excellent customer service.
What We Offer
- Base salary of $1,423,500 + Transport Allowance of $200,000
- Average performance incentives of up to $350,000
- Cross-sell commissions up to $900,000
- Schedules from Monday to Saturday (2 Sundays or holidays rotated per month)
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate students
- Contract type: obra labor with full statutory benefits (EPS, ARL, Pension Fund, Family Compensation Fund)
- Monthly payroll frequency
- Note: This is a fixed-term contract (obra labor); not a hourly-contribution contract
What You Will Do
- Answer customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Resolve inquiries and concerns quickly and efficiently
- Provide information and guidance about the company’s products and services
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions with customers
What You Need
- High school diploma (Bachilleres) with 6 months of experience as a customer service advisor in financial entities
- Technical or Technological degrees completed or students in Administrative or related fields with 4th semester certificate
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with ability to generate interest in customers
- Goal-oriented with strong results orientation
- Teamwork and adaptability to different situations
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday (including holidays) with a 44-hour work week
