Empresa del sector contact center se encuentra en búsqueda de Agentes Call Center con o sin experiencia, para conformar un equipo dinámico y comprometido en brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.



Funciones principales:

Atender y gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes.

Brindar información clara y oportuna al cliente.

Cumplir con metas individuales y colectivas establecidas.

Mantener una comunicación respetuosa y orientada al servicio.



Requisitos:

Bachiller culminado.

Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas.

Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a sábado (8 horas diarias).

Condiciones laborales:

Contrato a término indefinido.

Salario: SMLV vigente + comisiones sin techo.

Pagos prestacionales de ley.

Horario de lunes a Sábado
