Asesora de Óptica y Asistente de Gerencia

Lugar de trabajo: Toberín

Tipo de contrato: Obra Labor

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. y sábado de 8:00 a.m. a 12:00 m.

Salario: $1.650.000 + auxilio de transporte + atractivas comisiones (prestacional)

Descripción de la oferta: IPS del sector salud visual requiere para su equipo de trabajo Asesora de Óptica y Asistente de Gerencia , con experiencia comprobable en ventas del sector óptico , excelente servicio al cliente y habilidades administrativas.

Buscamos una persona dinámica, proactiva y organizada , que disfrute asesorando a los clientes en su salud visual, gestionando la operación comercial y apoyando la gestión administrativa de la gerencia.

Funciones principales

  • Asesorar integralmente a los clientes en la elección de monturas, lentes y productos ópticos.

  • Gestionar ventas, cotizaciones, seguimiento y cierre de oportunidades comerciales.

  • Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas.

  • Implementar estrategias de promoción y fidelización de clientes.

  • Participar en brigadas visuales y campañas corporativas en Bogotá.

  • Mantener actualizado el inventario de monturas, lentes y demás insumos ópticos.

Administrativa y Asistencia a Gerencia

  • Apoyar la gestión administrativa y logística de la gerencia.

  • Organizar y coordinar reuniones, agendas y documentos internos.

  • Controlar la documentación y reportes requeridos por la Secretaría de Salud.

  • Colaborar en tareas de archivo, correspondencia y manejo básico de herramientas ofimáticas.

  • Apoyar los procesos operativos y de comunicación entre áreas.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Técnico o tecnólogo en áreas administrativas, mercadeo o ventas.

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en ópticas o empresas del sector salud visual (excluyente).

  • Conocimientos técnicos: conceptos básicos de optometría, lentes oftálmicos, monturas, formulaciones y manejo de inventarios.

  • Competencias clave: Servicio al cliente y comunicación asertiva; Organización, responsabilidad y orientación a resultados; Trabajo en equipo y actitud proactiva.

  • Manejo de Herramientas Ofimáticas
