Objetivo Del Cargo

  • Atención de solicitudes / requerimientos técnicos de clientes de la compañía

Funciones

  • Brindar soporte técnico y capacitación a clientes
  • Participar en la creación de material y contenidos para clientes

Perfil

  • Técnico o Tecnólogo orientado a carreras administrativas, contables o carreras afines.

Lugar

  • Bucaramanga (Presencial)

Requisitos

  • Atención a clientes
  • Conocimientos contables (Básicos/intermedios)
  • Manejo suite office y Google (Excel / Gmail/ Drive)
  • Saber comunicar sus ideas
  • Saber escuchar

Habilidades

  • Trabajo en equipo, atención al detalle, adaptabilidad, servicio al cliente, comunicación (verbal /escrita)

Contratación

  • 1 SMMLV + Prestaciones de ley
  • Contrato término fijo a 1 año (renovable)
  • Vinculación directa con la empresa
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes 7:30am a 12m y 1:00pm a 5:00pm / Sábados 8am a 11:30am
  • Es importante que el aspirante viva en Bucaramanga o en su área metropolitana
