In order to satisfy the needs and requests of the clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a fashion company via phone calls, chats, and emails.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Address client needs and inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Good attitude to serve customers, willing to learn and grow.
- Passionate about fashion and clothes.
- High school diploma.
- Experience in customer service or call center is desirable.
- Great writing skills.
- Availability to work in Medellín.
Benefits & Compensation

- Salary 44 hours ($2,850,000) + monthly bonus up to ($360,000) + hiring bonus ($300,000).
- Schedule Monday to Sunday with flexible shift options: 2:00 am to 12:00 pm, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- One day off on weekends.
- Place of work: Puerto Seco (Cl. 8B #65 - 237, Guayabal).
