Estamos en búsqueda de un Asesor Call Center con experiencia en cobranza que desee hacer parte de un equipo dinámico, retador y lleno de oportunidades.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo.

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en cobranza telefónica (indispensable).

  • Buen manejo de objeciones y habilidades de comunicación.

  • Conocimiento básico en herramientas ofimáticas.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial.

Funciones

  • Realizar llamadas para la gestión de cartera vencida.

  • Negociar acuerdos de pago y hacer seguimiento a compromisos.

  • Registrar oportunamente la gestión realizada en el sistema.

  • Cumplir con metas de recaudo e indicadores de gestión.

Condiciones Laborales

  • Contrato a término indefinido.

  • Salario: SMLV + auxilio de transporte + prestaciones de ley + comisiones
  • Jornada: lunes a sábado, en jornada diurna.

    / 44 horas
  • Modalidad: presencial.

  • Lugar de trabajo: Norte de la ciudad de Cali (San Vicente).
