Descripción del cargo:
Importante empresa del sector BPO busca asesores comerciales con experiencia en ventas de call center para formar parte de nuestro equipo en Bogotá.

El cargo se enfoca en fidelización y venta de pólizas de seguros, trabajando bajo metas comerciales y ofreciendo estabilidad laboral.
Condiciones laborales:
Contrato indefinido desde el primer día.

Salario: $1.423.500 + prestaciones de ley + auxilio de transporte.

Incentivos variables sin techo.

Bono de bienvenida: $200.000.

Bono de alimentación: $200.000 mensual.

Jornada laboral: Lunes a viernes de 12:00 pm a 9:00 pm y sábado de 12:00 pm a 6:00 pm.

Modalidad presencial en la Zona Industrial de Puente Aranda – Bogotá.
Requisitos:

Bachiller en adelante.

Experiencia formal, reciente y certificable en ventas de call center, retención, ventas cruzadas o intangibles.

Orientación a resultados y alta capacidad comercial.
