asesor call center cartera castigada cobranzas Job Opening In Sabana de Bogotá – Now Hiring Gi Group


Job description

Importante entidad financiera requiere para su equipo de trabajo asesores de cobranza call center con formación académica como Técnicos ó tecnólogos y/o estudiantes activos mínimo de 2do segundo semestre y máximo 5to semestre de carreras profesionales como, por ejemplo: administración de empresas, ingenierías, economía o afines al sector bancario, con experiencia Mínimo de un (1) año de experiencia en cargos relacionados con cobranza telefónica y manejo de cartera cumpliendo indicadores.

CONDICIONES LABORALES:

Horarios: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm y sábados de 8:00 am a 1:00 pm – Turnos Fijos

Salario: Básico de $ 1' Auxilio de Transporte por $ Auxilio de Alimentación que solo aplica de Lunes a Viernes $ 5.503 por cada día laborado + Comisiones desde $ hasta con techo máximo de $2' % prestacionales.

Forma de Pago: Quincenal los días 10 y 25 de cada mes

Quincena más alta: 25

Tipo de Contrato: Inicialmente es a 3 meses por Obra Labor con Gi Group + Prorrogable automáticamente según desempeño con Gi Group por otros 3 periodos iguales hasta completar 1 año + Cuando complete este año hay posibilidad según desempeño de pasar directamente con la PIC.
