We are looking for a Call Center Advisor to join our team.

If you are interested in customer relations and want to develop professionally in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

No prior experience required , but we value proactive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.

PROFILE

  • Academic level: High school diploma, Technician, Technologist.

    Professionals not considered.

  • Experience: No prior call center experience needed.

  • Students are not accepted.

  • Must not have worked with Cos in the last 90 days.

Work Conditions

Responsibilities: Customer retention via Call Center.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 8 hours daily, 44 hours weekly, rotating shifts.

No Sundays or holidays.

Salary: $1,423,500 + Uncapped commission based on KPI achievement (average of 300,000) + all legal benefits, paid monthly on the 5th via Bancolombia savings account.

Contract: Work contract during OJT, then converted to indefinite term.

Training

Call Center Workshop: 3 days (Virtual - Unpaid).

Product Orientation: 16 days (Mixed - Unpaid) (Start date 24/07/2025).

Hiring: Upon completing 100% of the product orientation period under the current legal minimum daily wage (SMDLV).

Workplace: On-site at our facilities in Puente Aranda KR 42 BIS # 13 - 90 site 6.

As a Call Center Advisor, you will be the primary contact point for our clients, providing accurate information and personalized service.

Your role will include resolving inquiries, managing complaints, and capturing relevant data to improve our services.
