Importante empresa del sector solidario está en búsqueda de un/a Asesor(a) Call Center con vocación de servicio y excelentes habilidades de comunicación, para brindar atención integral a los asociados del fondo a través de canales telefónicos.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Brindar información clara y oportuna sobre los servicios y beneficios del Fondo.

  • Apoyar en la gestión de bienes y servicios ofrecidos.

  • Administrar inventarios y realizar tareas de gestión documental.

  • Promover activamente el uso de nuestros servicios y beneficios.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante universitario desde 4.º semestre en carreras administrativas.

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en call center o atención al cliente.

Competencias clave

  • Excelente orientación al servicio.

  • Comunicación oral persuasiva.

  • Habilidad para resolver problemas.

  • Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender.

  • Capacidad para definir estrategias de promoción.
