Estamos en búsqueda de un Aprendiz de Gestión Humana

En Suprapak S.A.S abrimos la oportunidad para un aprendiz técnico o tecnólogo en Gestión del Talento Humano, que desee poner en práctica sus conocimientos y aprender de cerca los procesos del área.

Perfil:

  • Estudiante técnico o tecnólogo en Gestión del Talento Humano (con aval para iniciar etapa productiva).

  • Excelente actitud de servicio, compromiso y disposición para aprender.

  • Manejo básico de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Funciones principales:

  • Apoyar los procesos de inducción y reinducción de personal.

  • Brindar soporte en las actividades de selección y contratación.

  • Acompañar la ejecución de planes de formación y desarrollo.

  • Participar en la organización y apoyo de actividades de bienestar laboral.

  • Apoyar la gestión documental y el archivo del área.

Ofrecemos:

  • Contrato de aprendizaje.

  • Auxilio de sostenimiento según etapa y normatividad vigente.

  • Horario: lunes a viernes (presencial).
