Job description

MISIÓN DEL CARGO:

Dar debida diligencia a las solicitudes de servicio recibidas en los tiempos acordados siguiendo los lineamientos

descritos por Cliente, conservando en todo momento una actitud de servicio respetuosa,

empática y asertiva.

Dar debida diligencia a las PQRS recibidas, brindando respuesta en el aplicativo asignado para tal fin siguiendo los

lineamientos del proceso de gestión de PQRS.

Dar debida diligencia a otras solicitudes de servicio que le sean asignadas.

Garantizar el debido registro y trazabilidad de todos los casos que le fueron asignados, según los procedimientos

descritos por Cliente.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

  • Dar debida diligencia a las PQRS recibidas, brindando respuesta en el aplicativo asignado para tal fin

siguiendo los lineamientos del proceso de gestión de PQRS.

  • Responder a las PQRS asignadas sin superar los tiempos definidos según la matriz de tipificaciones y ANS.

  • Escalar a otras áreas de tecnología o a proveedores los casos que les corresponda.

  • Hacer seguimiento de casos escalados.

  • Garantizar que los casos que le fueron asignados, independiente de su resolución directa o escalamiento,

sean registrados, cerrados en los tiempos establecidos y recibidos a satisfacción por el usuario final.

  • Garantizar el debido registro y trazabilidad de todos los casos que le fueron asignados, según los

procedimientos descritos.

  • Guiar a los clientes hacia la solución del problema.

  • Analizar los casos asignados, ya sean funcionales o técnicos buscando causa raíz y alternativa de solución.

  • Recopilar información sobre los problemas que se presentan para trasladarlos al equipo de desarrollo, si fuese necesario.

  • Registrar, en los lugares asignados para ello, las ventanas de mantenimiento e indisponibilidad que detecte.

  • Alertar al detectar errores técnicos o funcionales en la plataforma.

  • Acompañar el análisis de situaciones detectadas en producción.

  • Acompañar a necesidad las ventanas de liberaciones y despliegues a producción, pruebas de recuperación ante desastres y diligenciar adecuadamente los registros relacionadas con las mismas.

  • Dar soporte según los turnos de disponibilidad que correspondan.

  • Conocer y aplicar las políticas, los procesos y procedimientos establecidos en la entidad para el desarrollo y cumplimiento de sus funciones.

  • Participar en la actualización de documentación relacionada con la mesa de ayuda, gestión de eventos, gestión de disponibilidad, gestión de la configuración y otros procesos relacionados con la gestión del servicio de TI.

Requisitos y calificaciones

Competencias Técnicas:

  • Se requiere experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones.

  • Manejo de horarios rotativos y trabajo los fines de semana.

  • Capacidad de resolución de problemas.

  • Entendimiento de terminología referente a marcos de trabajo ágiles.

  • Conocimientos básicos AWS, consulta de logs, base de datos de preferencia SQL Server, PostgreSQL y DYNAMO DB.

Tecnólogo en sistemas.

  • Ingeniero de sistemas, ingeniero de software o ingeniero informático.
