Get hands‑on with our products to learn how they work.
Scope, refine, and shape client projects using your Cybersource product knowledge.
Collaborate across the business to identify and develop additional opportunities.
Continuously develop your knowledge as the payments space evolves.
Provide ongoing technical expertise, guidance, and support to new and existing clients.
Engage for successful implementation of Cybersource services.
Create trusted‑adviser relationships with clients, setting realistic expectations.
Serve as a coach and mentor for teammates.
Payments or risk experience is a plus; we will provide training.
Cross‑functional collaboration experience between technical, service delivery, support, and commercial teams.
Intermediate programming & scripting skills (Java, PHP, C++/.NET, HTML, etc.) for effective implementation of Cybersource products.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Clear analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Fluent in mainstream software applications for writing, presentation, data management.
Motivation to solve technical and business problems for clients.
