ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Analytics Engineer (MarTech), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing high-volume marketing and notification data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights across platforms.
You’ll design and implement sophisticated transformations, integrate key email and analytics systems, and help scale personalized experiences for millions of users.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement Rudderstack transformations to optimize data flow from high-volume email platforms (2.5B+ monthly events);
- Integrate SendGrid and Iterable data into Lytics and Amplitude with proper schema mapping;
Resolve email tracking data accuracy issues in Amplitude; - Configure intelligent filtering to reduce data volume while preserving critical marketing signals.
MUST HAVES
- 5+ yrs in analytics engineering or data pipelines;
- 5+ yrs of expertise in Rudderstack (transformations & destinations);
- Strong GTM (Google Tag Manager) for web data routing;
- Hands-on with SendGrid & Iterable APIs;
- Proficient in Amplitude & Lytics;
- Advanced JavaScript for data transformations;
- Skilled in data accuracy troubleshooting;
- Experience handling large-scale event data (2.5B+);
- Strong documentation & communication abilities;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
