Overview

Empresa de tecnología se encuentra en busca de Analista Servicio al cliente quien tendrá como misión recibir, registrar, analizar y gestionar los requerimientos básicos de los clientes, entregando una respuesta oportuna con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento de la promesa de servicio.

Responsibilities

  • Garantizar la atención de los casos que tenga alcance o escalar con las áreas correspondientes que pueden dar solución al requerimiento.

  • Generar alertas que permitan la optimización de los procesos y las herramientas de gestión.

  • Realizar las actividades correspondientes a la atención de alarmas, registrar y atender los seguimientos personalizados, atención de llamadas, atención del chats, alertas de fallas masivas y otras actividades que se puedan generar en una jornada 7x24.

Qualifications

  • Técnico en Servicio al Cliente, administración, sistemas o afines.

  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en Servicio al cliente, Atención PQR.

  • Turnos rotativos domingo a domingo con día compensatorio en la semana
  • Excelentes beneficios Organizacionales.
